Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in the field of Veterinary Medicine/ Animal Husbandry from any recognised educational institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist management in developing poultry and livestock related strategies through capturing learnings from field and will act as a bridge between head office and field to ensure smooth flow of information.
∎ Provide region specific advanced required technical support to the field.
∎ Conduct regular field visits, proper follow-up and monitoring to identify region specific participants' needs and challenges, provide necessary guidance and support to resolve for expected results.
∎ Identify areas of capacity development for programme participants and staffs, provide quality inputs to develop training modules and guidelines develop and execute training plans, and facilitate trainings.
∎ Communicate and build network with relevant stakeholders within and outside BRAC to mobilise different resources and create access for the programme participants.
∎ Assist management to bring knowledge and innovations suitable for ultra-poor context and provide quality inputs, share learnings from field in different meetings, forums, seminars, workshops etc. to add value in poultry and livestock sector of the programme.
∎ Prepare and analyse reports on poultry and livestock enterprise to identify gaps and provide guidance accordingly.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years working experience in poultry and livestock sector. Experience of working with extreme poor people will be an added advantage.
∎ Good knowledge on different stakeholders relevant to poultry and livestock farming.
