Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors in Statistics/ MIS/ Computer Science/Computer Engineering from any recognized university with minimum all second class / division or equivalent GPA / CGPA in academic examinations. No 3rd division / class or below CGPA 2.50 is acceptable.
∎ Professional course on public health, data management, MIS and Monitoring with application of different MIS software. Professional certification in Project Management will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support in collecting data from the field to assist in creating a digital platform for data storage. Monitor system data and provide feedback to ensure full utilization of the solution.
∎ Collect and maintain web based performance data from field level and provide support to the field level staffs to fill up the online form.
∎ Provide support to the local team for software installation and upgradation in the devices for ensuring the smooth operation of Digital Financing System for the programme and act as a focal person for DFS.
∎ Provide support in managing supply chain of devices, software and accessories through communicating with the local offices and Head Office
∎ Troubleshooting for software and hardware technical problems. Communicate with relevant vendors and stakeholders to resolve the issues
∎ Provide training to the Trainers and field users on proper usage of various systems.
∎ Oversee the T4D related projects under Health Nutrition and Population Programme.
∎ Submit all reports as a monthly update to management and donors and develop annual factsheet, at a glance for Health Nutrition and Population Programme as MIS focal.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in software development, MIS and Monitoring & Evaluation
