Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure daily/weekly/monthly Production target is met utilizing Sewing Capacity and Manpower Planning.
∎ To work on Workers' recruitment with the help of HR dept. following IE manning and efficiency chart.
∎ To monitor and confirm production following ladder plan forecast, lay-out plan, managing critical process, accessories availability, cut to stich ratio and efficiency.
∎ To train Sewing Department people regularly on technical issues, quality, supervision & people management.
∎ Closely monitoring and follow up line input and output according to the production plan based on Central Production Plan.
∎ To work on compliance, safety, health and housekeeping rules & regulations in the Production department.
∎ To re-fix and lead during any system and process breakdown, accidental case and non-compliance issues.
∎ To keep motivated Production TEAM (Worker, Staff, Junior-Senior Management) by monitoring, performance evaluation, improvement feedback, limiting downtime, meeting efficiency and productivity target.
∎ To analysis any breakdown, downtime, failure and to implement action plan to control further repetition.
∎ To lead and finish any project/task assigned by the Company management within target timeline.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 40 years
∎ Must have knowledge in up to date sewing manufacturing process of Denim Garments.
∎ Can analyze/study critical situation, Good Leadership to achieve department goals as well as company goals.
∎ Self-motivated, Punctual, Honest, Hardworking, Responsible, Team work, Ready to take challenge and can work in any stress situation.
