∎ Sound knowledge on all kinds of spare parts and lubricants used for automobiles of different brand and models.
∎ Proper decision-making skill, communication and negotiation skills, problem solving skill.
∎ Mechanic and driver management skills.
∎ Computer literacy, different types of software operation skills for corporate office
∎ Good written and oral communication skills
∎ Dealing with complex environment ability to solve them
∎ Managing resources efficiently
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Team work.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the workshop floor operation and monitor job distribution properly.
∎ Provide critical diagnosis hi-tech vehicles especially hybrid and electric and necessary technical support to the technicians
∎ Ensure quality repair and confirm quality assurance before delivery.
∎ Increase same day delivery and productivity.
∎ Prepare vehicle assessment/ diagnosis report and provide cost estimate to the customer.
∎ Reduce repeat jobs to improve customer satisfaction.
∎ Provide daily vehicle report to workshop manager.
∎ Monitor staff activities and performance.
∎ Coordinate with store and procurement dept for demand planning and purchasing of quality parts
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ Job Purpose
∎ Ensure timely cost-effective repair & maintenance of Brac and its sister concern vehicles and provide necessary training & guidelines to all mechanics
