Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a high-performing Deputy Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. who will be responsible for developing sales team, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the line manager. The personal will be accountable for sales performances and must be capable of managing a good size in house and on field team .
∎ Key Selling Points: Software, Web & Mobile Applications and Services.
∎ Job Location-Dhaka, Dhaka (Uttara West)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
∎ Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports for submission to the reporting supervisor.
∎ Meeting planned sales goals.
∎ Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
∎ Tracking sales goals and reporting results .
∎ Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
∎ Coordinating with marketing on lead generation including SEO and digital marketing tools.
∎ Manage ongoing training of in house and field sales team .
∎ Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
∎ Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners and clients.
∎ Recruit sales people, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance to ensure that assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.
∎ Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fill them.
∎ Ensure that company quotas and standards are met by holding check-ins with sales team to set objectives for the day and to monitor progress.
∎ Have to work directly with the sales Head .
∎ Will be responsible for required reporting as per managements requirements.

∎ Age 28 to 40 years

∎ Results-oriented with strong analytical skills

Salary: Tk. 45000 - 50000 (Monthly)
