Education:
    • Bachelor/Honors
  • Hon’s/Masters in any subject of Biological Science (such as Zoology, Botany, Microbiology, Genetic, Bio Chemistry etc.) or B.sc (Hon’s)/M.sc in Agriculture from any Govt. recognized reputed University with scholastic background and having no 3rd division/class throughout his degrees.

  • Candidates from other discipline may apply if he has proven and adequate experience in the related field or in same line of business.

  • Age At most 40 years
  • At least 10-12 years’ experience in the related field with at least 2 years’ experience in similar leadership position;

  • Previous experience in Agrochemical/Crop Protection Chemicals Industry or experience in dealing with FMCG/Pharma products will get preference;

  • Leadership and interpersonal skill is must;

  • Ability to undertake extensive field tour throughout the Country;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English and Bangla;

  • Proficiency in computer application (Microsoft Office packages such as MS word, XL, Power Point etc.);

  • Able to drive motorbike and light vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The candidate shall be associated with the Marketing and Sales department of the Company and will be responsible for National Level monitoring.

  • Implement sales budget, manage marketing policies effectively and ensure growth achievement through supervising a professional sales team.

  • Implement promotional activities under the budget.

  • Closely monitor sales under every branch and assess credit status regularly.

  • Handle credit recovery related issues.

  • Undertake extensive marketing tour throughout the Country for visiting the distributors of the Company and their markets and ongoing promotional activities.
