∎ Skills Required: Bangla and english typing Skills, Communications skills (both written and oral in English), Credit Collection, Credit Recovery, Due Collection, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Support through Phone, Land, Land and Legal, Land Documents, Land issue handling, Land Law, Land Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for credit collection against the company's plots sales.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Self-motivated and always looking for work and opportunities to volunteer.
∎ To achieve the collection target as set by the Management from time to time.
∎ Collection of monthly installments.
∎ Resolve customer complaints.
∎ Attend meetings with clients.
∎ Answer clients' queries.
∎ Letter Issue to Client for Dues.
∎ Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly/ yearly reports including CR & Marketing dues, over dues.
∎ Keep all records in the file. Document control.
∎ Updating database regularly.
∎ The incumbent will report to the Chairman directly.
∎ Any other task of work as per Management Decision.
∎ Males are encouraged to apply.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years

∎ Good knowledge of computer
