Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the department assets to achieve the budgeted profitability and rental goals
∎ Develops and implements processes enhance rental sales, collections and maintenance
∎ Leads rental sales team and communicate with prospective tenants and buyers
∎ Setting rental sales goals, development plan and execution plan to grow rental revenue
∎ Prepare sales contract, research customers’ rental needs, product and services
∎ Offered assistance and question by providing rates, terms and conditions of rental
∎ Addressing tenants’ complaints, queries and inspecting vacated units, attend calls and support customers efficiently
∎ Negotiating and enforcing agreements, managing rental agreements
∎ Conducted market research and reported on competitions
∎ Contracting and Supervising repairs and maintenance requests
∎ Employed sales technique to boost sales and services
∎ Delegated work to stuff, setting priority, goals and maximize team performance
∎ Monitored stuff performance, review and submit reports to supervision
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years

∎ Organized and able to manage time effectively
