Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, run and lead the quality department as per buyers quality standards (AQL, SOP, Manual, approved sample etc.)
∎ Overseeing, Co-ordinate and promote the company Quality system and product quality improvement process to meet Customer's requirement.
∎ Effectively interact with the Technical, Development and Production team to maintain product quality.
∎ Building company image by collaborating with customers, organizations of employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
∎ Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling.
∎ Follow up measurement from trial cut/initial/to bulk & take action right away.
∎ Follow up the wet and dry process of the garments.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Must have good knowledge on Wet and dry process of garments manufacturing.
∎ Must have better ideas to reduce reduction.
∎ Must have good knowledge of shade management, measurement methods, audit procedure.
Salary: Negotiable
