∎ Position summary: With guidance and direction from the General Manager, the Deputy Manager - Operations is responsible for operationalizing and executing the duties through the operational team that provides foundational support to the technical team for operating the business. The person is responsible for managing daily business operations and services to ensure goals of the company are achieved.

Job Responsibilities:
∎
∎ Be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the business operations, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
∎ Plan and organize the activities of businesses with government, private agencies and stakeholders
∎ Responsible for coordinating with various operational units of the company

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years prior project or operations management experience in power engineering and industrial facilities developing company
∎ Proven track record in leading complex cross function programs/projects (strategic alignment, business case development, governance regarding standard delivery and controls).
∎ Strong project management skills and a proven track record in executing projects according to country legislation and compliance
∎ Functional knowledge of key business processes in a power engineering and industrial facilities development
∎ Ability to comfortably work with both technical and non-technical associates through all levels of the company
∎ Superior organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
