BRAC, in partnership with the Australian Border Force, is implementing an awareness campaign (2025–2026) to combat human trafficking, people smuggling, and irregular migration in Bangladesh. The project will engage youth, communities, and influencers through educational institutions, youth groups, community events, cultural programs, media, and digital platforms. It will also strengthen survivor networks and build the capacity of institutions. The initiative aims to empower vulnerable groups with accurate information, promote safe migration practices, and reduce the risks of exploitation.

Job Purpose

Will supervise all planned activities of MRSCs and provide continuous guidance to the team to ensure quality implementation of project activities and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide necessary support for the successful implementation of project activities as planned and carry out other responsibilities assigned by BRAC Migration Programme Management.

• Support overall field-level project implementation by facilitating activities (meetings, events, training) as assigned by the Programme Management, in close coordination.

• Support the implementation of field-level campaigns and community mobilization activities.

• Conduct regular field visits to ensure effective implementation of project activities and update management on progress and significant changes.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, donor reports, case stories, and project progress reports.

• Manage the project schedule to ensure milestones are met and deadlines are not missed.

• Manage project team members to ensure effective collaboration and successful project implementation.

Safeguarding Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA).Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
