Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline preferebly in Agriculture, Development Studies, Environmental Science, Geography or Social Science.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible the overall operational activities through regular field visits and provide necessary support for further improvement.
∎ Assist Programme Organiser in selecting project participants following the criteria stipulated in the field operation plan.
∎ Conduct necessary capacity building training to the selected participants to enhance their technical knowledge and skills.
∎ Supervise the reintegration plan and its implementation by the beneficiaries and track all the field data and give update to donor
∎ Responsible to supervise and follow up the activities of Programme Organiser and guided them in terms of quality and quantity for proper field implementation.
∎ Ensure required technical support from BRAC Enterprises by proper communication and direction of Project Operations Manager
∎ Maintain communication with donors/partners/government officials and fulfill their requirements and manage fund through internal and external communication.
∎ Development of Detail Implementation Plan (DIP), log-frame and production of different Information, review national and international best practices, innovations and successful interventions in areas relevant to the project
∎ Provide project briefs highlighting project activities which will be shared with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Manage field operations budget ensuring all expenditures are done according to approved budget and take appropriate measures if non-budgeted expenditures are required at field level
∎ Guide and mentor supervisee staff, identify staff capacity building needs and take initiatives for their capacity development, ensure sound people management practices across field operations of the projects
∎ Provide project briefs highlighting project activities which will be shared with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Support the Project Manager as a whole so that the projects activities achieve results against stated objectives and outcomes.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
