Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree in CSE (Computer Science and Engineering) or equivalent. Post-Graduation in similar discipline will be an advantage

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' practical experience in relevant areas. Candidates with industry experience or relevant project will get preference.
∎ Excellent Analytical abilities
∎ Ability to synthesize complex processes, relationships and issues in simplified formats.
∎ Excellent in team player and collaborate with different key stakeholders.
∎ Excellent programming skills in OOP - Java, PHP, Android, etc.
∎ Excellent programming skill in Scripting - Angular, React. etc.
∎ Excellent database skill - PostgreSQL, MySql, etc.
∎ Familiarity with database replication tool such as SymmetricDS
∎ Familiarity with GoB health system and its' MIS implementation is a plus
