Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from any recognised university/ institution with minimum second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the programme development team in establishing log frames, M&E work plans, and targets during drafting of new project proposals as well as throughout project implementation
∎ Assist the Programme Manager and Operation Managers to develop systematic monitoring plans, AOP and provide feedback to the programme on implementation strategies and activities for improving efficiency and effectiveness of the programme
∎ Conduct surveys, stakeholder consultations, in-depth interviews, key informant interviews, FGDs and other tools for collecting qualitative and quantitative data. Disseminate monitoring findings with respective staff and other relevant stakeholders
∎ Implement and establish real time monitoring systems using ICT. Technical assets to PO for smoothly data collation by using ICT. Regularly data download rechecks and put feedback from website
∎ Implement and participate in programme and project progress evaluation, survey and program follow up in order to advise and recommend tools and strategies to increase program performances and results
∎ Capture quantitative and qualitative data to report on programme performance indicators, prepare quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress reports on UDP's programmatic activities
∎ Coordinate with field level for MIS data collection and management as well senior level
∎ Identify and document case studies on significant success or failure as well as on programmatic learning and good practices. Write and edit content for communications materials including op-eds, blog articles, press releases, event reports, website content, etc.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in a national or international development organisation
∎ Knowledge on current national and global development trends related to urban poverty and urban development, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), healthcare, women empowerment, community organizing and social mobilization, rights based approach, gender, good governance, access to information, SDGs
∎ Sound knowledge and understanding of M&E concepts and tools
∎ Knowledge on programme/ project cycle management and development
∎ Knowledge on qualitative & qualitative monitoring and sampling system.
∎ Strategic thinking, decision making and problem solving skills
∎ Excellent communication, documentation and analytical skills
