Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that project has a robust monitoring plan in place, developing monitoring and evaluation guidelines, frameworks and indicator trackers for the project align with operational guideline.
∎ Organize and facilitate periodic meetings with field supervisor on M&E progress, challenges and way forward.
∎ Provide support to the project implementation team in compiling reports, indicator-based reporting and analysis of trends and the achievement of program objectives/outcomes.
∎ Conduct field visits to the health facilities and community to mentor and coach health staff on data collection, reporting.
∎ Conduct central MIS database monitoring and mitigate problematic issues.
∎ Response to audit findings and resolve issues in the field.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
