∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist project manager and operation team to develop systematic monitoring plans, detail implementation plan (DIP) and provide feedback to the programme on implementation strategies and activities for improving efficiency and effectiveness of the programme
∎ Conduct surveys, stakeholder consultations, in-depth interviews, key informant interviews, FGDs and other tools for collecting qualitative and quantitative data. Disseminate monitoring findings with respective staff and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Implement and establish real time monitoring systems using ICT. Technical assets to PO for smoothly data collation by using ICT. Regularly data download recheck and put feedback from website
∎ Implement and participate in programme and project progress evaluation, survey and programme follow up in order to advise and recommend tools and strategies to increase programme performances and results
∎ Capture quantitative and qualitative data to report on programme performance indicators, prepare monthly, quarterly project completion progress reports on Urban Development Programme (UDP) programmatic activities
∎ Using machine learning algorithms using mobile phone data, self-identification
∎ Coordinate with field level for MIS data collection and management as well senior level
∎ Identify and document case studies on significant success or failure as well as on programmatic learning and good practices. Write and edit content for communications materials including op­eds, blog articles, press releases, event reports, website content, etc.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 04 years' of experience in a national or international development organisation at an equivalent position in the field of M&E and Knowledge Management
∎ Knowledge of current national and global development trends related to urban poverty and urban development, women empowerment, community organising and social mobilisation, rights based approach, gender, good governance, access to information, SDGs
∎ Sound knowledge and understanding of M&E concepts and tools
∎ Knowledge of programme/ project cycle management and development
∎ Knowledge of qualitative monitoring and sampling system
∎ Skills of strategic thinking
∎ Skills of decision making and problem solving
∎ Skills of communication and documentation
∎ Excellent analytical skills
