Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Post Graduation in Marketing/Pharmacy or any other relevant subject from any recognized UGC approved university with minimum all 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA. Third division/class or CGPA below 2.00 is not acceptable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and execute the implementation of both digital and traditional marketing campaigns and outreach activities for the assigned project.
∎ Assist in development of marketing proposals or relevant communication feasibility reports as required.
∎ Systematically map out market competition and incorporate learnings into the project.
∎ Lead and monitor the field performance of marketing and campaign related activities.
∎ Develop health specific content to appeal to various stakeholders involved in serving urban communities with generalized healthcare services.
∎ Oversee the integration of SMART technology at multiple levels of field operations.
∎ Develop network and liaison with medical community like doctors and pharmacists for promotional and awareness purpose of the health centres.
∎ Formulate presentations, reports and case studies to capture progress of marketing campaigns.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in the healthcare sector of Bangladesh. Candidate with extensive experience in public and private healthcare sector will be given preference.
