Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the received materials (including imported materials) and issuing them according to the requirements from different departments.
∎ Maintaining proper documentation of inventory for audit purpose.
∎ Proposing and implementing necessary measures for inventory control.
∎ Overseeing and ensuring proper documentation of all records in G.R.R. and M.R.R. register.
∎ Monitoring the regular posting of S.R / M.R.R in the software.
∎ Sorting, organizing and storing inventory in the proper location and making sure that it is convenient for receiving as well as for the delivery of the materials.
∎ Conducting periodical check for the inventory and submitting reports accordingly to the Management.
∎ Preparing and submitting separate report for damaged or missing inventory to the Management on a regular basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Working knowledge on SAP /HANA or other relevant ERP Software
∎ Good in preparing different kinds of reports
∎ Computer literacy (MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint).
Salary: Negotiable
