Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target and contribute to the sales growth on a monthly basis.
∎ Secure business deals by creating and successfully capitalizing business opportunities.
∎ To lead a team thus contributing in the performance of the Company's Sales Dept.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships through rapport with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Regularly update self in respect of product knowledge, features and amenities of company projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Hard working and proactive.
∎ Strong negotiation skill.
∎ Highly confident, strong business sense and industry expertise.
∎ Natural ability and flair to persuade and influence the decision-making process of potential clients.
∎ Excellent inter personal and communication skill.
∎ Smart, presentable, dealing capability to meet the target.
∎ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
∎ Ability to complement performance of the Sales team with cross functional coordination and communication as and when required.
∎ The applicants must have experience in sales will give preference.
∎ Job station will be at Chittagong (Cox’s Bazar, Amirabad, Patiya, Hathazari, Raozan & Sitakunda)
