Marketing, Medical Equipment, Sales, Sales & Marketing (Pharmaceutical Products)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve growth & hit sales target by successfully managing the sales team
∎ Design & implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
∎ Build & promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
∎ Present sales, revenue & expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
∎ Identify emerging markets & market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
∎ Set targets, performance plans & rigorous, objective standards for sales representatives
∎ Meet with reps one-on-one weekly to review performance, progress & targets
∎ Participate in spontaneous sales call rides & planned field days
∎ Develop a scalable sales process & ensure representatives adhere to it correctly
∎ Resolve escalated customer issues & customer complaints regarding sales and service
∎ Provide advanced negotiation expertise
∎ Prepare budgets & approve expenditure
∎ Monitor competition, economic indicators, & industry trends
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Excellent computer knowledge (MS Office), Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal, multitasking, organizational & Communication skills
∎ Smart, Presentable & Leadership skills
∎ Fluency in both spoken & written English is required.
