Searching Tender Opportunity from Potential Govt. & Non-Govt. Organization via Tender Portals. Frequent Communication with Tender Authority to Build up Strong Professional Relationship Coordinate the Preparation and Submission of tender and other tender documents that are responsive to client requirements & attend pre-bid meeting as required. Preparing the Tender Comparative Statement, Proposals (Technical & Commercial) & other relevant documents as required also accomplish different type of banking activities (e.g. Bank Gurantees, Tender Security etc.) Attend the Tender Opening, Pre-bid Meeting as Required & Follow up and ensure timely delivery through communication with cross Functional department. Any other Official task assigned by supervisor or Head of the Department.
