Job Description/Responsibility
Good knowledge about pre-fabricated steel building.
Creating and enhancing long-term business relationships with clients to maximize business growth and opportunities.
Client hunt and creating marketing opportunity.
Handle client’s inquiries and complaints
Work closely with all related team to ensure customer and suppliers satisfactorily.
Gathering market and customer information.
Continuously search for new marketing opportunities.
Good interpersonal skill, energetic and able to work under pressure.
Prepare daily/weekly /monthly reporting for top management.
Forecast new business and prepare Annual Marketing Plans.
Achieving the monthly sales and collection target.
Make routine visits to the potential target.
Execute decisions made by the management.
Provide the report on target performance & justification for shortfalls.
Team building & provide enough support for all kind of sales activates.
Good interpersonal skill, energetic and able to work under pressure.
