Job Context
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sales & Marketing professional with proven experience in the civil construction and steel pre-fabricated building industry.
Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets through acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing ones.
Possess strong knowledge of civil construction & steel pre-fabricated buildings for effective sales and marketing.
Maintain accurate customer information in the database and keep clients informed about upcoming programs and offerings.
Drive progress in the sales process by developing strategic proposals to attract potential clients.
Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients.
Conduct regular visits and follow-ups with prospective clients to ensure business growth.
Take full responsibility for achieving assigned sales targets within the stipulated timeframe.
Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
