Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and plan activities concerning the sale of Fresh LPG and services or other subjects of sale.
∎ Ensure monthly and periodical sales achievement according to market demand within lead time.
∎ Demonstrate and advocate products to the dealers, retailers, customers, and other stakeholders to increase sales subject to cylinder availability.
∎ Administer field sales force (ASM, Sr.Exe/Exe/Officer) of assigned sales area in a proper manner which ensures individual growth and target achievement.
∎ Analyse team performance to identify skill gaps as well as training needs for desired performance.
∎ Create and maintain a professional positive relationship with channel partners and major dealers/Customers.
∎ Ensure appointment of new distributors/channel partners/retailers/dealers within lead time.
∎ Assist the reporting line head in ensuring the price model within the lead time for each month.
∎ Visit the market to strengthen the relationship with the dealers and to identify market trends.
∎ Prepare the reports (Sales Performance, sales forecast, market analysis) and submit it to the functional head on a regular basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal Skills.
∎ Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor behavior.
