Experience:
Professional certifications in Sales Management, Industrial Equipment Sales, or related areas will be an added advantage.
Strong network among industrial, logistics, and manufacturing clients.
Strong understanding of industrial equipment and forklift market dynamics.
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and business reporting tools.
Ability to interpret technical specifications and communicate product benefits effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a startup-style environment and scale the business.
Fluency in English and Bangla; additional languages are an asset.
Develop and execute the sales and market development strategy for the forklift AGVs, and related automation products segment to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key corporate, industrial, and logistics clients.
Conduct market analysis to assess demand trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Collaborate closely with the foreign principal’s technical and commercial teams to ensure alignment on product offerings, pricing, and after-sales standards.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, proposals, and performance reports to management.
Lead the end-to-end sales process, including client presentations, negotiations, quotations, and closing deals including but not limited to Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to support customers’ investment decisions.
Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction through reliable after-sales support.
Build and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring continuous development and alignment with business goals.
Coordinate with the marketing department to design promotional campaigns and participate in industry exhibitions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and financial guidelines in all sales operations.
Drive continuous improvement in customer engagement, sales processes, and business reporting systems.
