∎ MBA/ Masters in any discipline from a reputed University with good academic records. Education may be relaxed for candidates having relevant experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Credit Management, Recovery
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise, monitor & coordinate the credit recovery teams at different regions around the country
∎ Monitoring monthly installment collection position and insurance claim
∎ Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone, or personal visits to solicit payment
∎ Initiating legal or other recovery actions against customers who are delinquent
∎ Visit customers as and when required
∎ Reduce overdue and solve the problems regarding recovery
∎ Maintain relationship with clients and other stakeholders
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of handling a group of recovery staff in order to meet business requirements
∎ Must have the mentality to deal with people of all levels
∎ Should have excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership ability
∎ Good communication skills in English & Bengali
∎ Advance level of knowledge in MS Office
∎ Willingness to travel extensively and the ability to handle pressure
