Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Finishing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for handling Finishing Unit independently ensuring shipment target with desired quality.
∎ Monitor the finishing related process in order to meet on time shipment.
∎ Maintain company SOP regarding loading- unloading, style wise update, trims and fabric in house.
∎ Have to Maintain close relation with Production & Cutting for on time shipment.
∎ Coordinate with team & buyer representative for on time inspections.
∎ Maintain floor discipline.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have excellent communication skills.
∎ Should be able enough to tackle any situation during operation.
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in similar nature of job to any Garments manufacturing unit.
∎ Understanding Production Planning.
∎ Updating management frequently regarding the finishing process.
∎ Leadership & Communication Skill.
