Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the growth and success of DBL Digital Academy.
∎ Design and develop training curriculum based on market demand, corporate needs, and skill gap analysis for Information Technology and business management skills.
∎ Manage the training team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
∎ Oversee the planning, administration, and coordination of training programs.
∎ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs and design appropriate training modules.
∎ Prepare an annual business plan and budgetary forecast for Digital Academy with monthly and quarterly progress reports and revisions.
∎ Build and maintain strategic partnerships with training vendors and other relevant organizations.
∎ Ensure a high standard of training delivery and continuous improvement of training methodologies.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement necessary enhancements.
∎ Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in technologies and certifications.
∎ Prepare reports on training activities, participant feedback, and program effectiveness.
∎ Maintain relationships with trainees, address queries, and ensure a positive learning environment.
∎ Visit corporate customers and other public/private entities for business opportunities and training deal closure.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Supervise marketing team for field level marketing and business development activities.
∎ Set monthly and quarterly enrollment targets for each course offered by DBL Digital Academy. Achievement will be measured based on the number of enrolled students for each course during the specified periods.
∎ Generate high-quality leads and support the sales team in converting leads into enrolled students.
∎ Contribute to the overall revenue generation of the academy. This will be assessed based on the total revenue generated from the capacity utilization of training facilities.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA in Marketing and Sales will be an added advantage.
∎ Highly developed selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills.
∎ Successful sales track record.
∎ Strong knowledge of training programs and services, as well as competitors' offerings.
∎ Ability to engage with C-level executives and IT leaders.
∎ Knowledge of tender documentation for EOI & RFP
∎ Passion for digital transformation and a desire to stay updated on emerging technologies.
∎ Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in a well-known training center.
∎ Proven track record (minimum 5 years) in sales or management of training and technologies.
