Job Overview

Counselors at the Admission Centre will serve as the primary point of contact for aspiring medical students. They will guide students and families through the admission process, provide accurate information about medical universities, and support applicants in making informed decisions about their education and career paths.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling & Guidance

  • Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to students and parents regarding admission opportunities in European medical universities.

  • Explain eligibility criteria, application procedures, documentation requirements, and timelines.

  • Assist students in selecting suitable universities based on academic background, financial capacity, and career goals.

Application Support

  • Guide students in preparing application forms, compiling required documents, and meeting deadlines.

  • Coordinate with the Centre Manager and admissions team to ensure smooth processing of applications.

  • Track student progress from inquiry to enrollment.

Marketing & Outreach

  • Participate in expositions, school/college workshops, and international education fairs.

  • Support promotional campaigns by engaging with prospective students on social media and digital platforms.

  • Share success stories and testimonials to build trust and credibility.

Communication & PR

  • Respond promptly to student inquiries via phone, email, and social media.

  • Maintain professional communication with parents, schools, and partner institutions.

  • Represent Ventura Global positively in all public interactions.

Reporting & Feedback

  • Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, inquiries, and conversions.

  • Provide weekly reports to the Centre Manager on student engagement and outcomes.

  • Suggest improvements in counseling strategies and promotional activities.
