Position Overview:

The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for converting high-value leads into successful long term clients. This role focuses on building trusted relationships with business leaders, entrepreneurs, chairpersons, managing directors, directors, top-level executives, tech founders, and professionals seeking cross-border investment opportunities, global mobility, and residency/citizenship solutions.

The KAM will act as a strategic advisor, ensuring client satisfaction while driving revenue growth and strengthening RESIDENCY4U.COM’s position as a premier facilitator of international residency and investment ventures.

Career Growth:

This role offers the opportunity to become a Country Manager, Senior Client Partner or Regional Director within Ventura Global, leading larger portfolios and shaping international expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Conversion: Transform high-value leads into successful clients through consultative engagement and tailored solutions.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with top-tier clients, ensuring long-term loyalty.

  • Cross-Border Advisory: Guide clients on global investment pathways, residency/citizenship programs, and international mobility strategies.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on global residency, citizenship, and investment trends to provide clients with cutting-edge insights.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead high-stakes negotiations with executives and decision-makers to secure successful deals.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and legal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, client satisfaction, and conversion rates to ensure continuous improvement.
