• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Design or Graphic Design.

Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in the fashion/graphic design industry.

Proven experience working within Garments or a Buying House environment.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office.

Deep understanding of print techniques, garment construction, fabrics, and trims.

Training in 3D pattern-making software like Clo3D or Optitex is highly desirable.

• Create innovative placement prints, all-over patterns (AOP), and unique logo designs for various garment categories.

• Develop graphics and seasonal collections that resonate with the aesthetics of global brands like Hugo Boss, Guess, Bestseller, and C&A.

• Communicate directly with international buyer teams to present concepts and finalize design approvals.

• Work closely with merchandising, production, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution from concept to final product.

• Prepare detailed tech packs and artwork specifications for the production team to ensure print accuracy.

• Conduct thorough trend forecasting and color research to stay ahead of market demands.

• Oversee the strike-off and sampling process to ensure color precision and print quality meet brand standards.

• Manage multiple design developments simultaneously while strictly adhering to tight production deadlines
