Mamun’s Academy is a growing education consultancy firm in Bangladesh, dedicated to helping students achieve their dreams of studying abroad. We provide complete support including IELTS preparation, university selection, admission processing, visa assistance, and pre-departure guidance.
We are currently looking for a smart, motivated, and well-spoken Customer Service Assistant to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
● Handle inbound and outbound calls to students and guardians
● Provide accurate information about studying abroad (universities, courses, visa process, etc.)
● Convince and motivate potential students to visit our office for consultation
● Maintain a professional and friendly communication style at all times
● Follow up with prospective students and maintain records of communication
● Support the team in achieving student recruitment targets
Requirements:
● Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree preferred
● Good communication skills in Bangla and English
● Basic knowledge about foreign university admission and visa process (preferred but not mandatory)
● Strong convincing ability and polite behavior
● Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
● Basic computer skills (MS Office, internet browsing, email handling)
Additional Skills (Preferred):
● Experience in student consultancy or call center
● Knowledge about IELTS or other English language tests
● Sales or marketing mindset
