∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 6 years and at least 2 years in a similar position
∎ Good knowledge of Import & Export documents
∎ Experienced in the renewal of various certificates and licenses
∎ Strong written and communication skills
∎ Good analytical skills
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overseas & Inter department communication on time.
∎ Take Special Care of P&C, other Supplier, Machinery, Spare Parts, and FOC consignment.
∎ Strongly handle delivery schedule as per factory & sales team demand at the right time.
∎ Co-work with counterpart and sales team for Billing & LC plan/PO.
∎ Strongly handle LC opening, PI checking, and demand Vs. LC schedule and Stock position to get available of the right product at the right time.
∎ Communicating with C&F agents, Customs and Port concerns people for releasing goods smoothly.
∎ Follow-up with Bank, Insurance, C&F, Freight Forwarder, and Transport Agent for urgent issues solve & check all bills before getting management approval.
∎ Ascertainment of landing cost for LC goods after checking all cost center bills & considering keeping cost control.
∎ Checking CKD/P&C/FOC shipment vs. damage report by Factory/suppliers.
∎ Apprehend top management & Inter Department Demand/Claim/Issue/Asking and trying to resolve.
∎ Monitoring all regular Jobs such as C&F Bill, Freight Bill, Transport Bill, Duty, Port and Shipping Charges checking & cross checking etc.
∎ Follow-up and input PR/PO/LC/GIT & regular Bill in the SAP System.
∎ Time to time discussions with Top Management, to take corrective actions timely.
∎ Arrangement of Pay Order for Customs, Port & Shipping after cross-checking.
∎ Keep Cooperation, coordination, and supervision among the Team Members.
