10-15 Years in Garments Industry (Specially in Denim Washing).
Experience working in textile wet processing, preferably in denim washing.
Knowledge of chemical processes used in fabric finishing and washing.
Understanding of safety and environmental standards related to chemical use.
Analytical skills for problem-solving and quality control.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Team Leader with proactive interpersonal skills.
Ability to work hard and control Pressure.
Open-minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:
Preparing and analyzing chemical compounds, solutions, and reagents.
Conducting experiments to develop new chemical products or improve existing ones.
Using laboratory equipment like spectrophotometers, chromatographs, and other analytical instruments.
Developing and implementing quality control procedures for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
Analyzing data, interpreting results, and writing technical reports.
Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards in the laboratory & also Ensuring all chemical storage and handling procedures adhere to safety regulations, including proper labeling, segregation of hazardous materials, and MSDS availability.
Troubleshooting production problems and optimizing chemical processes.
Verifying the quality of chemicals received and ensuring they meet the required specifications.
Ensuring all chemical storage and handling procedures adhere to safety regulations, including proper labeling, segregation of hazardous materials, and MSDS availability.
Ensuring that chemicals are issued on a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) basis to prevent expiration.
Preparing for and participating in audits related to chemical storage and handling.
Handle other responsibilities and projects, as assigned from time to time.
