∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Candidate must have vast knowledge in advertising and promoting the products and strengthen organization's brands by using Social networking/ platform (Facebook, YouTube, Linked in, Google+). Microblogging (Twitter, Tumblr). Photo sharing (Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest). Video Sharing (YouTube, Facebook Live, Periscope, Video.)
∎ The candidate should be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts for increase in Sales
∎ Plan and organize the implementation of the brand strategy to ensure the achievement of all targets in support of the brand strategy. Plan of all above the line (ATL) and below the line (BTL) activities.
∎ Direct and control staff in the implementation of branding activities and initiatives to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
∎ Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data to implement brand-planning changes as needed.
∎ Assist in the development of long-term brand strategy and implement short- to medium-term objectives in support of the strategy.
∎ Provide support to product marketing to develop customer propositions and marketing communications..
∎ Be creative and produce new ideas & concepts.
∎ Plans, implements, and executes successful marketing programs (including brand strategic planning, promotion, advertising).
∎ Sets brand planning, coordinates cross-functional activities and planning processes, manages timelines, and ensures timely completion of all deliverables.
∎ Represents the company and provides support as needed at various trade shows and conventions.
∎ Cover and monitor all the boost posts and event posts within scheduled time frame.
∎ Regularly monitor competitor's social media site and create their analysis reports.
∎ Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals, Communicate with social media bloggers &, influencer and to Strike sponsorship deals as required.
∎ Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
∎ Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
∎ Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (KPIs).
∎ Be well-informed about market developments, competitor's activities and provide feedback to the management.
