Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage IP routing like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, etc.
∎ Configure and manage GRE tunneling to route traffic between different Layer-3 networks
∎ Configure and manage different types of VPN (IPsec, GRE, IP-IP, EoIP, PPTP, L2TP, etc.)
∎ Configure and manage security protocol and port security like SSL, SSL VPN, ACL, VLAN, VTP, STP, NAT, etc.
∎ Manage SIP protocol for Cisco IP telephony.
∎ Manage data bandwidth in a different manner as per the business requirements
∎ Analyze and design for scalability, and high performance for factory and office network
∎ Configure firewall rule & access policy and group policy for the VM.
∎ Provision and creation of virtual server instances.
∎ Configure required, load balancer, NAT policy for Application and DMZ application.
∎ Maintain, configure, and carry out reliable operation of systems, network, servers, and virtualization.
∎ Configure Web mail, Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Proxy, FTP etc. under Linux/Windows platform.
∎ Maintain, update & configure mail servers, file servers & other server related issues.
∎ Maintain Cloud servers in different platforms like AWS, Azure, Oracle, Google, Local cloud etc. as and when required.
∎ Configure and maintain servers for IT related equipment in Workstations, Networking Equipment, PABX, CC Camera, Email accounts, and also provide support for the underlying Server/Desktop Infrastructure.
∎ Monitor the network system through network monitoring tools and take immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.
∎ Configure, install and maintain infrastructure, switch IT, router and firewalls etc.
∎ Administer Network Inventory management, capacity & storage planning, and databank maintenance.
∎ Maintain the company network (hardware & software) and secure internet access.
∎ Configure and manage IP routing, VPN, security protocol and port security.
∎ Create project plans for all system deployment and modifications and document accordingly.
∎ Troubleshoot malfunctioning software and hardware as well as providing end-users training as required.
∎ Ensure renewal of various licenses like windows, ERP, software products.
∎ Provide support and troubleshoot all users on network, internet and desktop, laptop, printer, scanner and others IT devices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ BSc in CSE. Education may be relaxed in case of highly competent candidates.
∎ Minimum 10 years of Job experience in the IT department.
∎ Ability to multiple task handling and team management.
∎ Practical knowledge in Designing, analyzing, and implementing AD, ADDNS, DNS, DHCP, WINS, NAT, TCP/IP Routing & LAN/WAN.
∎ Expert experiences in VMware vCloud Director & manage NGFW.
∎ Expert experiences in NSX, ESXi/vSphere, vCenter, Cloud Management including VMware vRealize Suite, and VMware vCloud Suite.
∎ Hands of experience Hypervisor Technology, Could Computing, and AWS Solutions Architect, Data center virtualization, Windows & Linux Server Administration, VMware Administration, Storage Server Administration including SAN/NAS/vSAN.
∎ Very good understanding of patching tools and security vulnerability scanning.
∎ Ability to interpret information in generated reports and come up with strategies to get rid of unearthed vulnerabilities.
∎ Ability to introduce and integrate all the server hardware and system to the threat detection system.
∎ Practical knowledge of networking infrastructure Wireless Networks, Network Switches, WAN/LAN, Domain Controller, Active Directory, Firewall and VPN application.
∎ Practical knowledge to install & configure networking Router (MIKROTIK, CISCO); Switch (CISCO, BDCOM Dell EMC & Wireless Devices.
