Responsibilities & Context:

Context:

One Pharma Ltd. embarked on its pioneering journey in November 2015 with a focus on incorporating cutting-edge manufacturing technology and producing globally acclaimed pharmaceutical products for the patients of Bangladesh and beyond. To develop, manage, and grow the company’s international pharmaceutical markets by implementing strategic marketing plans, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and achieving sales and expansion targets across assigned regions.

We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and dynamic person in International Marketing will play a key role in expanding the company’s global market presence. This position involves developing international marketing strategies, managing overseas clients, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring consistent brand visibility across regions. The role requires strong communication skills, market analysis capabilities, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve international business targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • A. International Market Development

    • Identify and evaluate new global markets for pharmaceutical products.

    • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and demand forecasting.

    • Develop market-entry strategies for targeted countries.

    B. Product Registration & Regulatory Coordination

    • Coordinate with regulatory authorities, agents, and distributors for product registration.

    • Ensure all dossiers, product documents, and regulatory requirements are submitted accurately and on time.

    C. Sales & Business Growth

    • Achieve assigned sales targets for designated international regions.

    • Develop annual sales plans, budgeting, and revenue forecasts.

    • Monitor distributor performance and ensure target achievement.

    D. Marketing Strategy & Promotion

    • Prepare and execute brand promotion plans in international markets.

    • Coordinate international promotional materials, product training, and marketing campaigns.

    • Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences.

    E. Distributor, Client & Stakeholders Management

    • Communicating with the concerned Embassy (s) as well as the foreign Ministry of respective country.

    •  Coordinating with local DGDA & other regulatory authorities.

    • Maintain strong professional relationships with overseas distributors, clients, and partners.

    • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and promotional agreements.

    • Resolve queries, complaints, and ensure smooth operational support.

    F. Documentation & Compliance

    • Prepare commercial documents (PI, COA, packing lists, invoices, etc.).

    • Ensure compliance with international guidelines (WHO, GMP, export regulations).

    • Maintain updated records of sales, pricing, and market information.

    G. Cross-Functional Coordination

    • Collaborate with Production, QA, QC, R&D, and Supply Chain for timely product availability.

    • Work with finance and commercial teams for payment follow-up, LC documentation, and export logistics.

    • Any other job assigned by HoD.
