Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study/analyze the system gap and lead event to continuous improvement.
∎ Find out scope of opportunity for improvement.
∎ Prepare project for reducing cost and increase Efficiency.
∎ Identify wastage and eliminate on regular basis.
∎ Standardize every steps of work in the manufacturing processes.
∎ Lead and help production department to achieve target.
∎ Provide cost effective production system to the floor.
∎ Check and finalize machine layout plan as well as target.
∎ Ensure most effective, easier and economy method of work in production.
∎ Achieve capacity plan target and reduce wastage.
∎ Eliminate unnecessary effort and excess O.T
∎ Minimize cost and maximize output.
∎ Skill inventory of operator and prepare data base.
∎ WIP control, monitoring and report making.
∎ Improve overall productivity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience in Lingerie garments industry will get preference.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, mail communication, Auto CAD, uses of internet is a must.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills in English.
∎ Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
