Job Responsibilities:
∎ HR Strategy and Planning:
∎ Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and goals.
∎ Contribute to long-term HR planning, including workforce development, succession planning, and talent acquisition strategies.
∎ Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
∎ Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making selection recommendations.
∎ Employee Relations and Engagement:
∎ Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and employee well-being.
∎ Manage employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in line with organizational policies and legal requirements.
∎ Implement engagement initiatives, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
∎ Performance Management:
∎ Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
∎ Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on effective performance management techniques and employee development.
∎ HR Policy and Compliance:
∎ Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labor laws, industry regulations, and organizational needs.
∎ Ensure adherence to legal requirements and ethical standards in all HR practices.
∎ Reporting and Analytics:
∎ Generate and present regular HR reports and analytics to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
∎ Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making and improve HR processes.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices relevant to the NGO sector.
∎ Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and DEI initiatives.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
∎ Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
∎ Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent is a plus.

Salary: Tk. 65000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
