Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Post-graduation Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management and compliance related training from any reputed institution would be an added benefit for the candidate.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Compliance
∎ Skills Required: Accord, Compliance, HIGG, ISO

∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and conduct the audit in coordination with the buyers' representative as well as the factory management
∎ Confirm the compliance and buyer audit issues to ensure the satisfaction of potential buyers.
∎ Look after the complicated labor issues in line with Labor Law 2006 & Labor Rules2015 and other govt. regulation as well.
∎ Implement Code of Conduct Provided by the different renowned buyers.
∎ Assess compliance with all regulations governing hazardous waste transportation, storage and disposal.
∎ Rigid development of system for implementation of the various Factory Acts and compliance stipulations in all working environments within the factory in accordance with customers' standards/code of conduct.
∎ Preparing and updating all relevant Registers as required by local law and customers' code of conduct.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of safety, hygiene and environment
∎ To scrutinize the different registers that are maintained in the factory, are as per Buyers COC as well as Labor Laws.
∎ Regularly update stakeholders on changing regulations and compliance
∎ Preparation of factory in accordance with social compliance standards, Sedex,BSCI,WRAP ,ISO-9001, ISO-14001 & OHSAS-18001 and as per buyer/customer standards and requirements.
∎ Capable to handle World reputed buyers like H&M,C&A, Camaiu, M&S, KIABI, Tom Tailor, NEXT, etc.
∎ Sound Knowledge on Higg Index, CT PAT, Better Work Program etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience as Assistant Manager of HR & Compliance with sound knowledge of Human Resource Management
∎ Must have strong communication skill in Bengali and English (written and oral) including computer literacy.
