Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure effective implementation of local/district level forums, dialogues, meetings for promoting Gender responsive work environment
∎ Maintain regular communication with Human Resource and Learning Division nominated persons for proceeding joint agreed actions for ensuring gender mainstreaming in organisational level
∎ Organise and assistance women professional conference jointly with Human Resource and Learning Division to enhance women staff leadership at field level
∎ Facilitate gender responsive work environment at 170 branch offices
∎ Facilitate Gender Focal Person (GFP) mechanism for BRAC and BRAC Enterprises
∎ Design and implement Dialogues with selected group of Mid-level program management at Head Office and Field Level
∎ Support to M&E and KM team to ensure result tracking of Gender responsive work environment actions
∎ Assist and Conduct need based Gender Training sessions for Mid-level Head Office staff
∎ Assist Organisational Development Unit in building innovative training material including training manual, gender mainstreaming guideline or tools, IEC materials and other relevant documents/publication to change the behavior of staff and programme participants
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the safeguarding goals while acting as a key source of support, guidance and expertise for establishing a safe working environment in accordance to its reporting procedures.
∎ Practice, promote, encourage and endorse the safeguarding policy and implementation standards among team members in case of any reportable incident
Additional Requirements:
∎ MSS in Social Science from any recognised university with minimum all second class / division or equivalent GPA / CGPA in academic examinations. No 3rd division / class or below CGPA 2.50 is acceptable.
