Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage and monitor overall administration of finishing unit.
∎ To ensure production and quality as per buyer requirement.
∎ To ensuring discipline, housekeeping, 5S and Safety issues (uniform, mask, gloves, scissors, ear plug, safety gloves etc.) with 100% Compliance.
∎ To achieve hourly target with proper monitoring the hourly production report and activities of subordinate all sections.
∎ Arranging the internal pre-production meeting in finishing unit with subordinate all responsible person to give briefing about any new issues of new PF / Style.
∎ To ensure the pack with moisture free, free needle detection pass, pull test pass and good garments for shipment.
∎ End of the day before leave the factory, checking with finishing planning related things and if any problem arises then inform it to the higher authority.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Capable to Finish & Pack most critical styles with zero tolerance
Salary: Negotiable
