Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Farming, Agro based Startup

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in Animal Husbandry

• Graduate in Animal Husbandry / DVM from any Reputed Public University.

• Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh, Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University students will get preference.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Farming, Agro based Startup

• Age 28 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Preference will be given to those with experience in Cattle Farms.

• In-depth knowledge of Commercial cattle farming practices, including food, nutrition, health and farm management.·

• Willingness to reside inside farm locations.

• Supervise daily farm operations to ensure efficient and effective management.

• Oversee food safety management, including grass plantation, sourcing, and ensuring the availability of supplements and grains of cattle and poultry.

• Ensure proper feeding, watering, medication, and timely vaccination of all cattle and poultry to maintain their health and productivity.

• Implement and maintain biosecurity measures to protect the farm against potential disease outbreaks.

• Ensure maximum meat and egg production by maintaining feed quality and proper nutrition, ventilation, environment. Track production metrics like weight gain, meat and egg production rates and mortality rates.

• Lead and supervise farm staff, providing training and guidance to support their professional development and ensure the overall growth of the farm.

• Ensure routine maintenance of farm equipment and facilities to guarantee smooth operations.

• Maintain accurate records of resources, costs, and other relevant data, and prepare reports as required.

• Monitor and ensure the security of the farm premises to prevent any unwanted incidents.

• Maintain effective communication with management to provide updates and address operational needs.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management or authority.
