Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any relevant discipline from recognised university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to develop content such as articles, blog posts, case studies and learning briefs, and digital content for internal and external use.
∎ Contribute to the development of communication materials for the Director such as speech, notes, presentations, drafting agendas, record meeting minutes etc.
∎ Significant contribution to UPG programme knowledge and maintain a strategy to systematically organize and disseminate for effective usage.
∎ Documentation and generating notes & minutes etc. of events organized under UPGP and circulate/ distributed these to appropriate place in time.
∎ Conduct and ensure timely communication with stakeholders, internal and external including government and BRAC programmes by working closely with the director and follow through
∎ Support to organize public events, meetings, workshops and seminars to facilitate different unit of UPG Programme
∎ Provide high quality support to the UPG Programme in adaptation of change management and operational transformation.
∎ Ensure the compliance of financial documents as per organisation’s policy be before placing it for Director’s approval i.e. review financial documents of programme activities in coordination with Financial Analyst
∎ Serve as the primary point by acting as the point of contact between Director and stakeholders, colleagues on all matters pertaining to the director by managing information flow demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support.
∎ Ensure executive supports to maintain day-to-day engagements of director
∎ Arrange and coordinate (e.g. Manage and preserve the tickets, boarding passes, bills and vouchers etc. for future reimbursement or billing) 100% national and overseas travels and itineraries of the director.
∎ Provide any necessary support to the UPG Programme as and when required
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of working experience in the administrative and secretarial support. Working experience in development sector is preferable.
