∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Credit Control And Recovery, Credit Recovery, Credit Risk Analysis, Credit Risk Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Cement Industry, Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review debts outstanding, considering relevant information to determine action to be taken.
∎ Monitor and report on debt levels, high-risk debt and settlement rates on a monthly basis.
∎ Proactively resolve or appropriately reallocate queries or issues arising from communication with clients in a customer-focused manner and in line with company policy.
∎ Liaise and negotiate with debt/bad clients, their relatives or representation to ensure payment of arrears, both in visiting and by telephone as appropriate.
∎ Maintaining database of the customers including accounts and all information putting in the database and able to find out information when required for
∎ To collect / recovery the payment from the customers as per company Monthly target achieve
∎ Thorough about the Cheque and Cash received from the customers
∎ Team monitoring to achieve the goals.
∎ Prepare recovery reports as per management require.
∎ Build strong relationship & regular follow up to collect debts.
∎ Prepare/call or visit report on daily, weekly, monthly as per management require.
∎ Submit target achievement report regularly.
∎ Corporate overdue Customer handle.
∎ Attend meeting to the overdue customer.
∎ Proactively resolves or appropriately reallocates queries or issues arising from communication with clients in a customer-focused manner and in line with company's policy monthly Ageing report submitted
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Self motivated, diligent, cordial, quick learner
∎ Capability to provide logical solution in complex situation
∎ Good knowledge of accounting and the principal of financial analysis.
∎ Strong analytical & critical reasoning skill to team work & team management.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Salary: Negotiable
