Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and approach potential clients through networking, cold calling, and lead generation methods.
∎ Visit markets and actively hunt for new prospects and customers for the product line.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
∎ Conduct presentations, meetings, and discussions to promote and sell IT products, solutions, and services.
∎ Provide after-sales support by addressing client requirements and feedback.
∎ Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
∎ Develop new market segments to increase revenue and business opportunities.
∎ Conduct market research to identify needs for current and future products/solutions.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and technical product specifications.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
∎ Track sales targets and document performance metrics for team evaluation.
∎ Negotiate sales and service contracts, including renewals, discounts, and warranties.
∎ Submit detailed daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly activity reports to the team leader.
∎ Align sales strategies with the team and participate in regular knowledge-sharing sessions.
