∎ Bachelor in any subject preferably in Education Development or Social Science.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand the content related requirement and take lead in developing content or modules for the onboarding of new employee.
∎ Develop and maintain the facilitators pool for the onboarding programme.
∎ Make periodic updates on the module and drive capacity building workshops for the facilitators.
∎ Take lead in designing, organizing and coordinating the onboarding programme for new joiners, this will require to arrange learning session and manage relevant logistics.
∎ Arrange periodic soft skills and technical skills development related TOT.
∎ Support brand team in delivering key brand training and workshops.
∎ Create experience based learning contents for digital learning platforms and maintain the digital learning platforms for onboarding unit.
∎ Support different entities under the organization in organizing and designing the onboarding programme and closely monitor the effectiveness.
∎ Organize field visit and other engagements with the new joiners to ensure their social integration within the organization.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programmes goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Identify the nature of incident and report according to the safeguarding reporting procedure; and encourage the staffs to report accordingly.
