Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Electrical and Electronics Engineering/Information Systems/ICT4D from any recognised university with minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support BRAC International's assigned projects to build Business Intelligence platform and to move into a digital information system.
∎ Support BRAC International in optimizing its data model for its unified reporting requirement and integrate all projects' data into a unified real-time dashboard as per the programme log-frame and annual operational plan.
∎ Data mining using state-of-the-art methods and visualise it according to the requirement of the programme and the donor.
∎ Participate in data talks to share the key insight from data analysis to BRAC International and other programmes of BRAC to increase the operational efficiency of the programme.
∎ Design, develop, test, implement and maintain predictive models and metrics utilizing appropriate tools and techniques.
∎ Improve efficiency of the system by continuously collecting feedback from the users.
∎ Support the team to plan and build staff capacity to use newly intervened systems by preparing training modules and organizing training sessions.
∎ Apply machine learning skills to expand and support Skills Development Programme in improving it's on the ground service delivery.
∎ Prepare TOR for external consultant's new tech-requirements.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 02 years of relevant professional experience in a data-oriented position and proven experience in backend database designing for at least 01 year.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Firm knowledge on ICT4D, data mining, data analytics and statistical analysis
∎ Proven experience in database integration among different platforms, process digitisation and service optimisation
∎ Ability to produce quality work with a high degree of accuracy, good problem solving skills, organisational capabilities and attention to detail, high degree of initiative and ability to work independently
∎ Ability to think strategically and rapidly analyse, interpret and integrate data information from varied sources into clear conclusions and recommendations
∎ Ability to use strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to cultivate effective, productive client relationships and partnerships and generate excitement around data
∎ Strong writing and data presentation skill
