Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Store Planning, Ensure proper maintain and entire activities of GARMENTS store such as safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Check & supervise the daily fabrics and accessories receiving & issuing to the batch with all other documents related with materials movement and report to the concern department heads.
∎ Maintain a proper inventory report to decrease time & increase productivity as well as quality. Moreover reduce wastage by maintaining a proper inventory system.
∎ Use of Bin Card in every item of grey fabric assigned work in connection with store and maintain required MIS.
∎ Liaison with respective department for each & every aspect related to store activities.
∎ Monitor the MRIR, delivery challan and gate pass
∎ Follow-up with the suppliers for day to day requirement, fixing the timing for issue and receiving the materials, Receiving Indents
∎ Follow up with the subcontract factory for day to day requirements, fixing timing for delivery and receiving the materials.
∎ Follow up with transport contractor for incoming and outgoing materials.
∎ Coordinate with PPC, Merchandiser, Purchase/Procurement Team, Commercial, F & A, Audit department & necessary departments.
∎ Monitor & maintain all required records, register, ledger and MIS reports of the store.
∎ Make sure inventory control. Ensure minimum stock level.
∎ Plan & organize strategic arrangement of managing store space.
∎ Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.
∎ Check Safety, Quality & Compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Snap check of material in order to prevent pilferage and to discourage mishandling of materials.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8 years' experience in 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite/Garments Industry in garments store operations with at least 2 years in same position.
∎ Should have proper knowledge & experience about knit garments fabric & accessories.
∎ Work in a Knit Garments factory in similar track will be given preference.
∎ Leadership skill.
∎ Communication skill.
∎ Computer Literacy like MS Word, Excel etc.
∎ Positive professional attitude, self-motivated and team player;
∎ Inter-personal skill.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
