Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ MBA in Marketing will be preferred
∎ Advance skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) are mandatory for this position
∎ Skills Required: Brand Planning/ Development,Advertising & Promotion,Market Research,Corporate Marketing,Brand Promotion,Digital Marketing

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Business Development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define and execute strategy on company branding and marketing strategies that contribute to high growth goals, including demand generation, customer acquisition, marketing operations, content, events, social media, PR, branding, analyses market trends, evaluating competitors and more
∎ Execute the marketing and communication activities according to marketing plan
∎ Plan, propose and manage the Marketing Department's budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projection.
∎ Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
∎ Collaborate with other teams to plan and promote offerings/ promotional campaigns
∎ Track performance of all branding and marketing campaigns
∎ Develop and deliver strategic online and offline media plans to support key initiatives through successful management of publishers and agency partners - stretching budgets without compromising brand perception
∎ Effectively manage and evaluate marketing program and media investment budgets in partnership with the finance lead
∎ Develop strong potential partner relationships that will enhance WLC brand awareness in Dhaka
∎ Promote brand awareness and loyalty of WINGS Learning Centre (WLC)
∎ Create and implement plans for consumers acquisition, retention and reactivation
∎ Monitor customers' feedback and manage negative feedback, in the field of digital and print media
∎ Exercise a data-centric approach to gather customer/user insights and use data to improve future marketing campaigns and results
∎ Provide reports and analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts to streamline focus and direction with regards to priorities, key customers, merchandising, product and development needs
∎ Create and publish of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
∎ Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant departments are kept informed of marketing objectives

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Acute attention to detail
∎ Ability to communicate effectively in Bangla & English, both verbally and in writing
∎ Strong organizational, prioritizing, and multitasking skills
∎ Proven ability to make good decisions in a fast moving environment
∎ Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, solutions-orientated
∎ Should be positive in attitude, result-oriented & ready to take challenges
∎ Good team player skill, execution skill, challenges encountering attitude and ability to manage
∎ Enthusiastic and proactive in nature
